This hotel is in a prime location close to all the main attractions. It's just a short walk to the main shopping streets or the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start your day off right. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which is convenient for travelers.
The facilities can be unclean at times, and the staff may forget to restock essential items such as towels and toilet paper in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the Alfama area was perfect - close to all the main attractions but far away enough so that it's quiet at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms, a large bathroom, and a delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about transportation and recommending great restaurants in the area. Transportation was convenient, with the metro station just a few minutes' walk away. This hotel was the ideal base for exploring this city and experiencing local life.

The location was ideal, close to the metro and in the heart of Alfama. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a well-organized bathroom and a fridge. The breakfast was delicious, with options for everyone's taste. Despite a few minor inconveniences like roadworks outside the hotel and a lack of facecloths in the bathroom, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Riverside Alfama for a short visit, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location was perfect, close to metro, Alfama, Praca commercial, Rossio. Lots of nearby shops and cafes. Clean and quiet with great breakfast. Helpful, 24-hour staff. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for the excellent service and attention to detail. Its prime location in the historic center of the city makes it easily accessible from the airport by cab. Additionally, being near a metro station allows for convenient travel to various attractions.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory. No improvements needed.
